Estate Planning Before and After Divorce

This week Brent and Rachel are joined by Kayla Bernays to talk about what happens before, during and after a divorce and what it does to an estate plan. We get into community property, prenuptial and post-nuptial agreements, and property divisions. We also throw in some federal tax tidbits for good measure.

Kayla is a partner in the Randall, Palmer & Bernays Law Firm in Tucson, Arizona. A Phoenician establishing her roots in Tucson, Kayla has received two degrees from the University of Arizona (anthropology, law) while meeting and marrying her wife and building their home together. A collection of eclectic experiences serve her well in approaching a variety of family, juvenile, and probate legal cases.

Kayla can be reached at Kayla@RPBTucson.com, or (520) 327-1409.
